• Compliance & Security: Implement best practices for security and compliance.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Maintain and support Microsoft 365 applications.
• System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor systems, resolve technical issues, and optimize IT resources.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in VMware infrastructure management.
• Active Directory, firewalls, and IT asset management.
• Microsoft 365 applications and cloud-based IT solutions.
• Understanding compliance and security best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with global teams.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts to support global operations.
