Job Description

Job duties include:

• Determine business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations and provide out-of-the-box solutions as per client requirements.
• Involve in the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) activities of the project including requirement gathering, development, testing, and support operations.
• Compile and assess user feedback to Design, recommend and improve existing software products and work closely with Pega expert service team.
• Design, Develop and mentor resources to ensure that business solutions cater to customer requirements.
• Documenting technical specifications, application functionality, and configurations for reference and future maintenance
• Develop custom applications and integrations using Pega BPM and Pega PRPC Environment.
• Troubleshoot and debug Pega applications to identify and resolve issues or defects.
• Assist with planning an execution of unit, .integration and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare End User Manuals, Work-flow charts for Pega software and other systems users.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve critical and high-priority tickets as per the SLAs.
• Participate in a tight-knit engineering team employing agile software development practices.
