Finance & SCM Consultant

Job Description

  •  As a D365 Finance & SCM Functional Consultant you will make good use of your extensive understanding of the processes, as well as your strategic and operations consulting skills.
  •  Also, we are hoping to put your knowledge of business processes, familiarity with the latest methodologies & most effective tools that quantitatively analyse business issues at work.

    Working Areas
  • D365 F & SCM applications process design and configuration.
  • D365 F & SCM application design, development, integration, testing and deployment.
  • D365 F & SCM application technical architecture.

        Roles & Responsibilities

  • Working on D365 Workstream (Finance & Supply Chain).
  • Coordinating with the technical team as to make sure no client needs are left unaddressed.
  • Converting business requirements into the most efficient technical models.
  • Breakdown and analysis our client’s business processes, to map out and link any functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Analyze user requirements and implementation, in application systems, from the development of the business process models to the final testing, delivery, and training
  • Analysing and designing solutions for applications, matching processes that fit application requirements seamlessly.
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain module focusing on areas such as Production Control, Master Planning, Product Information Management.
  • Manage gaps detected between during prototyping.
  • Prototyping and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM processes that make our client’s systems run smoothly and swiftly.
  • Documenting the process, informing and preparing clients during critical moments in the project.
  • Design, configuration, and testing of core Dynamics 365/AX Supply Chain modules and the testing of the proposed solution.
  • Training users and explaining complex reasoning behind changes.
  • Post go-live hyper care support.
  • Learn and stay up to date with related technologies and services in our field, including earning Microsoft certifications as required.

    Preferred Candidate Skills
  • 4-5 years Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or Production/Manufacturing implementation experience.
  • Experience as a Production Controller, Manufacturing Planer, Production QA Analyst, etc. will be considered a plus
  • Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems.
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have good business process competencies
  • Patience, ability and passion to lead people, teams and projects.
  • A deep understanding of all aspects of business management and strategic evaluation.
  • A strong work ethic and a yes, we can attitude.
  • Flexible working on shifts as needed based on client’s requirement or time zone. Must be willing to support customers in Asia/Australia and work in    their time zone
  • Willing to Travel On-site as and when needed to support our client’s.
  • Self-starter who can work independently, and be a strong team player
  • Dynamics 365 certification is a plus.
  • Dynamics 365 experience.
  • Prior consulting experience.
  • Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft platform skills.
