Job Description: 

• We are seeking an experienced UiPath Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UiPath development and a working knowledge of Python and .NET technologies. He will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath, while also leveraging your technical skills in Python and .NET to enhance automation efficiency. 
• As a UiPath Developer, he will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design automated workflows, and optimize existing automation processes.  
  

Key Responsibilities: 

• RPA Development: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, orchestrator, and other UiPath tools. 
• Process Automation: Automate business processes by understanding the end-to-end workflow, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing UiPath-based solutions. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and understand business needs. 
• Python & .NET Integration: Leverage Python and .NET knowledge to enhance automation solutions and integrate with external systems and applications. 
• Troubleshooting and Optimization: Debug and resolve issues in developed automations; ensure optimal performance of RPA bots. 
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for processes, automation workflows, and any integration with third-party systems. 
• Testing & Validation: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure automation meets the defined business requirements. 
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest improvements to existing automation processes for better efficiency, accuracy, and performance. 

Key Skills & Qualifications: 

• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development. 
• UiPath Tools: Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components. 
• Programming Skills: Proficient in Python and .NET for automation and integration purposes. 
• RPA Process Design: Ability to design and document RPA solutions and workflows. 
• Automation Techniques: Strong understanding of automation concepts such as queue management, exception handling, logging, and scheduling. 
• SQL: Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation in automation workflows. 
• Web & Application Integration: Experience in integrating RPA solutions with web applications, APIs, databases, and desktop applications. 
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues. 
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices and the ability to work in an Agile project environment. 
• OCR: Data extraction with different OCR engines is a must.
